"1 star is for the friendly young women in front; waiting 7+ weeks for refund, "check's in the mail" and "I can't do anything" are responses from Steven, my experience has been a total lack of customer service and integrity, a poor representation of the community of Custer...update!! still waiting for a complete refund after 10 weeks of disgusting customer service and what seems to be fraudulent promises of "being a good neighbor" theory of State Farm, this agency should be shut down by State Farm."

"After my vehicle was a total loss they continued to charge me while they dragged out the process. Received a low settlement that didn't cover my loss, then received a bill for the 3 months of coverage while I was without a vehicle."

I not only have my personal coverage with him but also the coverage for the nonprofit that I am the Executive Director of. I have lived in many places and have had many agents over the years but I have never had this kind of customer service from anyone but Steve and his crew in Custer!!"
